In our recent competition to win a day’s course at the School of Artisan Food we asked you to let us know what you enjoyed most about being a food producer. We were inundated with entries and it was heart-warming to read them all, so we thought we’d share the 5 most popular ones with you:

4.The ability to bring out creativity in people – even those who think they cannot cook.
