I’ve loved being a member and think I now have everything under control in my business. How do I go about cancelling my membership?


Of course we are sorry to see you go, but are delighted that you’ve got what you needed out of the club. All you have to do is click on the ‘Account’ tab at the top of the page when you’re logged into the Relish members area, then click on the ‘Cancel membership’ link. This will cancel your membership and also your recurring payments. We’d also be very grateful if you could email us on [email protected] with your feedback on the site and your membership, to help us to continuously improve our services.


I’ve joined but have decided that the Relish club isn’t for me right now. Can I get my money back?


Of course. If you’ve decided that the content and services here on the Relish club website are not right for you at the moment, then just let us know as soon as possible. We are able to refund your first month’s membership, as long as you contact us before your first recurring payment is due. Just drop us a line on [email protected], entitling your email ‘First month refund’ and we’ll sort that out for you.


In either case, we hope to see you again in the future and would love it if you would pass on our details to other food & drink producers whom you think could benefit from membership!
