Following on from our recent tips sheet on getting into delis & farmshops, we’ve got some short video clips for you to help you along the way.

We filmed these clips when we visited Fodder Harrogate a few months ago, to meet Manager, Jane Thornber, for a chat about what she looks for from suppliers.

The first in this series of 4 videos covers one of the key elements of getting your brand ready for retail – shelf life.

It is ALWAYS essential to get your products properly shelf life tested but here, Jane explains how she recommends new producers get off the ground whilst they’re running those tests (especially if their brand will have a longer shelf life)…
