Field Fare outsource their Marketing to Relish
Field fare are leading providers of loose frozen fruit & veg, ready to bake pastries and other ready meals to farm shops and garden centres.
They are keen to build their brand awareness amongst consumers and approached us initially to recommend ways to do that. Having agreed a plan of action, we carried out consumer research in farm shops (the Field fare heartland) on their behalf, to better understand shoppers motivations and to help us decide how best to reach them.
Armed with our thorough understanding of the market and Field Fare consumers, the Relish team have since been acting as ‘virtual marketing managers’ for the business, successfully building a 2000+ consumer mailing list, running competitions and building followers on Twitter and Facebook, as well as developing PR and sampling campaigns to further raise awareness and drive sales.
Next on the horizon is a revamp of the website; with regular idea brainstorms, our commitment to growing the Field Fare brand won’t stop there.
